Our natural wood tables come as standard, chairs, dinnerware, glassware, standard linen, cutlery and standard room set-up with smart TV, whiteboard and speakers.

We offer creative and flexible spaces. Anything from an executive board meeting of 8 to dinner events of 130 guests.

Yes, our partners at Kamana Lakehouse offer 73 beautifully appointed rooms to accommodate your event guests. 

How much does it cost to hire the entire “Nest” venue?2019-10-30T08:23:04+13:00

For events above 70 guests we recommend hiring the entire “Nest”. This can be done with purchasing of the 73 rooms in Kamana Lakehouse. We are able to accommodate up to 145 guests in double and twin rooms.

Prices for hiring the entire venue and hotel varies on the day and the season you prefer:

  • For complete 73 rooms price starts from $22,800 GST inclusive (15%) during value seasons (May June, September to mid-October). Minimum length of stay may also apply.
  • For dinner reception of events of 65 to 140 guests expect a minimum spend expected spend of $200/person GST Inclusive

12pm to 12am – Our license allows indoor events up until midnight. Our outdoor space license allows events up until 10pm.

Yes, we cater for dietary requirements. Depending on the complexity of the request there will be an extra cost involved.

We follow liquor license regulations valid in New Zealand at all times. Alcohol can be served in all licensed areas up to midnight indoors and up to 10pm outdoor. We follow responsible hosting requirements.

Our license allows indoor events up until midnight. Our outdoor space license is up until 10pm.

We welcome outside vendors to help with decorations. We allow all kinds of light decorations, flowers and objects. Any structural requirements, built, wall hanging or gluing is prohibited in all areas without prior consultation with the venue. Damages resulting from improper use of space are considered liability of the guest contracting the venue.

All venues except the Great Lawn are wheelchair accessible. Kamana Lakehouse offers accessible rooms and elevators as well.

No. To offer our guest the best experience we limit to only one event / day.

There is ample complimentary parking available at Nest and Kamana Lakehouse.

For all outdoor events we plan for an indoor back-up space.
